The initiative to provide suitable housing based on the usufruct principle for the most needy families among social security beneficiaries in various neighborhoods of the Qassim region comes as part of the state’s commitment to improving the living standards of its citizens. The project was implemented in several neighborhoods, including Al-Huwailan, Al-Jandal, and Al-Oshaziyah, with a total of 310 residential villas built to high-quality specifications.The project aims to enable beneficiary families to access safe and suitable housing, which enhances their social and economic stability. The villas were designed to provide a residential environment that meets the needs of Saudi families while ensuring comfort and well-being.This initiative contributes to achieving sustainable development goals and reinforcing social stability, reflecting the Kingdom’s commitment to providing adequate housing for low-income families, which helps improve their living conditions and enables them to live a dignified life in a safe and healthy environment.
