Rawaed Contracting Company has implemented the infrastructure works for the “Al-Shurooq” layout located on King Abdulaziz Road in Medina. The layout spans a total area of 4,669,811 square meters, aiming to provide 3,404 residential plots, with an average area of 400 square meters per plot.Rawaed Contracting Company is executing this large project according to the highest standards of quality, using advanced techniques to ensure the success of the project and the creation of an integrated residential environment. The work includes all aspects of infrastructure, including water networks, sewage systems, electricity, and roads, contributing to meeting the region’s needs and enhancing the overall development of Medina.This work is part of Rawaed’s ongoing contribution to the development of housing and infrastructure projects across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, supporting the goals of Vision 2030.
