“ Developmental housing in Al Qassim ”
The Development Housing Agency of the Ministry of Housing announced the signing of an "easy ownership" agreement with Al-Rawaf Trading and Contracting Company, to provide 310 housing units with a unified building area (334), distributed in several areas, including (Buraidah - Hayulan neighborhood, Unaizah - Al-Awshazia neighborhood, Al-Rass - neighborhood gondola) The agreement aims to activate the role of the non-profit sector in the housing sector and raise its contribution to the GDP by supporting developmental housing projects in all regions, governorates and centers of the Kingdom, and enhancing the participation of community members to provide the necessary financial resources to achieve family stability for the most needy families and increase citizens’ ownership of homes. To achieve integration with government agencies and the non-profit sector to support those eligible for housing subsidy.
